Meet the Team

Victoria Dean is from Cheektowaga, NY and a proud 3rd generation American with her family living in Buffalo since coming to the states. A double graduate of Bryant and Stratton College, earning her first degree in Paralegal Studies and followed up with another degree in Business Admin & Management. She has 8+ years of experience in the legal field working in corporate companies and small local law firms. Victoria is the one you want to look for when it comes to Metrodata’s day to day finance and billing items. She came to Metrodata to flex her business savvy and passion for numbers and finance. When Victoria is not going above and beyond at work you can find her cooking for her family, exploring the outdoors, growing her passion for the art of wine making or at a concert. Finally a HUGE Buffalo Bills, Bandits and Sabers fan.

Alissa grew up in Lancaster, NY. Here at Metrodata Services she specializes in criminal record entry, verifications and references. When Alissa isn’t working you can find her at a local coffee shop or working on her mobile charcuterie cart.

Jaimee Klawon was born and raised in WNY. She is a graduate of Hilbert College where she earned her degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Family Violence. Jaimee has over 17+ years experience in the criminal justice/law enforcement field and also holds a NYS Real Estate License. When she isn’t working or selling homes, Jaimee enjoys spending time with loved ones, being outdoors and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.

Carmelo Morreale or “Carm” is from Amherst, NY which is where he currently resides. A graduate from Medialle College in Buffalo, NY, he earned his degree Summa Cum Laude in Criminal Justice. He began working with Metrodata Services in 2009 in various capacities and through that has now more than 14+ years of experience in the Background Screening Industry. Carm is the one to look for when searching who runs the day to day at Metrodata, as he held the title of Director of Operations, he now is a current Partner in Ownership. He also specializes in conducting and reporting criminal investigations, as well as Vendor Management. When Carm isn’t hard at work, he can be found in the summer on the golf course, or during those winter months at the local Ice Rink.

John Burns is born and bred in Buffalo, NY. A graduate from SUNY Buffalo State College, he studied in Finance / Accounting. He began working with Metrodata Services in 2010 and now has more than 13+ years of experience in the background screening industry. John held the title of Director of Finance. He is now a current Partner in Ownership. John specializes in accounts receivable and accounts payable management, as well as reducing operating expenses. He is an expert in cash flow forecasting and management, maintaining vendor and client records and the development of company financial reports. John wears many hats at Metrodata, but those do not stand a chance next to his favorite Buffalo Bills and New York Met’s hats. When John is not at work, he is a proud dog owner and loves going on new adventures with his English Bulldog.

Michael Bienias was born and bred in Buffalo, NY. He began working with Metrodata Services in 2013, and now has over 10+ years of experience in the background screening industry. Michael holds the title of GM of Operations and is one of the most affluential members of the Operations Team. Michael specializes in criminal record reporting and management and has experience with verification services to meet the needs of our clientele. Michael is also responsible for the day to day work flow forecasting for the entire operations department. When Michael is not hard at work, he enjoys going to being on the golf course or various outdoors events such as different types of music concerts in the summer, and in the winter months he enjoys being on the ice playing rec hockey in the Buffalo area. 

Ryan Vertino grew up on Grand Island, NY this proud islander currently residents in the Niagara Wheatfield, NY area. A graduate from SUNY Buffalo State College, he earned his degree by studying History. Ryan has been a trusted member of the Operations Team at Metrodata since late 2018 and holds the title of Operations Specialist with over 4+ years of background screening industry experience under his belt. Ryan is a dedicated worker and is someone who can be trusted with any task brought to his need. Ryan is quite the fitness and health junkie, when Ryan is not hard at work he can be found at the gym or finding new ways to stay active. He is also a cat lover as well as his Pittsburgh Penguins.

Madeline Robinson or “Maddi” is from Tonawanda, NY which is where she currently resides. A graduate from Erie Community College with an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree and is set to complete this in 2025. Madeline comes to us with many years of experience, she is a Veteran of the United States Navy. Where she was stationed in Japan. Madeline is responsible for various tasks at Metrodata. She currently works on Record Research, Record Data Entry, and specializes in Verification of Licenses, Education, and Employment. When Madeline isn’t hard at work you can find her exercising especially running, and always having a book nearby.
